I’m Julz and I live in Arlington, VT. I moved here from NJ 30 years ago. I’ve adapted and love it here in VT, but you just can’t take the Jersey out of a Jersey Girl. I’ve been married to the love of my life, Marty since 1989. We own and operate The Vermont Spätzle Company. We have 2 grown sons Noah & Sam who are hard working and polite young men. I feel like we’ve done a good job with that respect. We have been gluten free since 2010 for medical reason beyond our control. I would never ever give up all my delicious favorites on my own. It has become my life’s mission to try to duplicate my favorites. My serious cooking began in the early 2000’s when we found out our oldest son had many food and food additive allergies. I learned how to make everything from scratch. It sparked an obsession with cooking! I’ve taught myself how to cook many different style & cuisines oh and I don’t stop trying until I get it right! I’ve been a professional belly dancer and teacher since the early 2000’s. I am extremely passionate about dancing and music in general! I’ve reinvented myself many times but I really like who I am on my journey.
